Perfect for the winter holidays: USB Gas stove cup warmer

Keeping your choco warm while blogging or surfing the net can be nearly impossible. This is even worse when you work in a fridge-like office. It’s a great deal then that you can actually smell the aroma and see the smoke coming from your hot beverage while you work thanks to the USB Gas stove cup warmer:
It sadly doesn’t have any built-in extras, like a clock or a USB hub. However, it’s a neat design and it’s affordable, so it’s probably worth checking out. It’s made to look like a gas stove and even has LED lights to make it seem like there is a flame. The warmer comes in either orange or blue and is of course, powered by USB and not gas.
Now if there’s only a USB gadget that prevents you from spilling the choco all over your keyboards nd PC…

There are people who just refuses to embrace the advancements in technology. But some do. The market is full of little and big gadgets, even crazy ones that have ultimately changed the way we live, interact with people, and do business. I am particularly amazed with one tiny gadget that i have used since my awakening with the computer world. This has come to be known as the USB flash drive. USB stands for Universal Serial Bus. It is a port in your computer which allows a device to connect to it. Flash drives are the most widely used gadget to transfer any file to and fro. Some of the earlier versions of the drive came in small storage capacities, 4MB, 16MB, 32MB 64MB, 128MB. Up until technology brought forth larger storing capacities like 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB. These come in handy for all of us who uses files and transfers them every so often. We don’t need to make a copy of it in a CD. Just plug the Flash Drive in and you can copy, write, or transfer anything.

USB Flash Drives are small, light weight, removable and re-writ able flash memory data storage devices incorporated with a USB (Universal Serial Bus) connector.
A USB Flash drive consists of small printed circuit board in a plastic or metal casing and so, USB Flash drive is sturdy enough to be carried in a pocket. The USB connector protrudes and is safeguarded by a removal cap and a USB Flash drive uses a standard USB connection, which allows to be connected directly to the PC.
USB Flash drive has a small circuit board and secure case to prevent damage to the circuit board. The end of the USB Flash drive is simply inserted to a port on the computer and can access the information as long as the computer is connected to a USB hub. The USB flash drive is a fast and convenient way to save and transfer the data. A USB flash drive does not need rebooting after it is attached, requires no batteries or an external power supply and is not platform dependent.

Useful or Not?

Cast doubts on the usefulness and practicality of these USB gadgets if you will, but these might just make your soda cooler and your workspace a bit more colorful and literally full of life. The USB Mini Fridge comes in red and black and holds one soda can. Its cooling pad becomes 8.5 degrees cold after only five minutes. The USB Fantastic LED Fan cools you down and lights up your area with 5 colors and 32 light patterns. Since it’s LED, the lights themselves don’t generate so much heat and defeat the purpose. The USB greenhouse provides artificial lighting for your marigold and reminds you when your plant needs watering. But seriously now, how dark can your workplace be?
